Thank you for your interest in True Bliss pamper party services. Please find below the terms and conditions that apply to our pamper party company:

1. Booking and Payment:
   
   • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
   • Full payment is due before the pamper party date.
   • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

          2.Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made with [30days ]notice or more -100% refund excluding deposit.
• Cancellations made with more than [14 days] notice -50% refund excluding deposit.
• Cancellations made less than [14days] prior to the pamper party date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least [14days] before the original date and are subject to availability.

         3.Location and Facilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing a suitable and private location for the pamper party.
• The venue should have adequate space and amenities to accommodate our therapists and equipment.

           4.Health and Safety:

• Clients must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or specific requirements before the pamper party.
• Our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if they deem it unsafe or inappropriate.

          5.  Conduct:

• All participants must behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our therapists and other attendees.
• Any damage to our equipment or property caused by guests will be the responsibility of the client

         6. Liability:

• We hold no liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the pamper party.
• Clients and guests participate at their own risk.

         7. Changes to Services:

• While we endeavor to deliver all agreed-upon services, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances or availability of therapists.

         8.Confidentiality:

• We will treat all personal and booking information as confidential and will not share it with any third parties.
